It's becoming normal!

My Paleo journey may have started out rough, but slowly, it is becoming normal. I'm getting used to eating like this. I'm not going to lie and say that I don't want sugar, but I have been using fruit, rather than twinkies.

Breakfast (8:00 a.m.): 2 bacon & egg muffins, Paleo 'cereal', & almond milk.

Lunch (12:20 p.m.): Spaghetti squash & Paleo meat sauce.

Snack (2:00 p.m.): 2 hardboiled eggs, 1 banana bread larabar and fruit leather.
Yesterday, I tried the Ginger Snap Larabar and it was quite tasty, but today's was better.

Dinner (7:45 p.m.): pizza - i am ashamed, but it was yummy.

I also did not get to the gym today due to a meeting. I will be in on Thursday.

I'm baaaaack!!!

Alright! I am getting back to where I was before my injury. Yay! Unfortunately, Angie ripped my hand yesterday and I can't do Fran today. I will do Fran as soon as my hand is healed up.

So, I did Angie yesterday as rx'd! That was the first time. I also haven't done that many pull-ups or push-ups in one day in a very long time. I feel like I'm on my way back to better.

Breakfast (8:00 a.m.): 2 bacon & egg muffins, 1 banana, & almond butter.

Lunch (12:00 p.m.): hamburger patty, salad, larabar, & fruit leather

Snack (3:00 p.m.): bambi chili & 1 hard-boiled egg

Dinner (7:45 p.m.): Spaghetti squash & paleo meat suace

Slacking on posting, but not my food.

Ok... I've been bad about posting lately. I have noticed increased energy and slight trimming down. I don't know if I really am or if I am trying to justify cost of Paleo. I realized in this challenge that there are some things that I am not willing to eliminate. I love my coffee. It starts my day off right and I'm going to enjoy it the way I like it, with cream and sweetener. I have cut the amount I use drastically, which I am proud of myself for. Also...some things need salt. Not everything, but definitely some things do. I'm looking forward to having deer available and a cow.

Breakfast (8:00 a.m.):
2 bacon & egg muffins, grapes, coffee

Lunch (12:30 p.m.): chicken soup...yum!

Snack (3:00 p.m.): beef stew

Dinner: 3 eggs, 4 pcs of bacon, & grapes

WOD:
800 m run
"Cindy"
CTB
8r + 3 push-ups
800 m run
I had a nice butterfly until my right hand ripped. That definitely slowed things down a bit. Also the fact that my push-ups still suck slowed me down as well. I would like to do it faster without ctb soon.
I am making progress in getting back to the WODs. I'm excited to keep progressing.

I'm learning!

I really fell as though I have learned so much already during this challenge! I am really amazed at the amount of sugar and salt added to food. Now, while I love sugar, I don't need it in everything. I have noticed that when I am hungry, it's not a violent as it used to be. When I was hungry, I would shake and feel sick. Now, I'm just hungry.

Breakfast (8:00 a.m.): 2 bacon & egg muffins, 1 primal pancake, & coffee (still using cream and sweetener)

Lunch (12:30 p.m.): chicken soup

Snack (3:30): banana with almond butter & 2 hard-boiled eggs.

Dinner: 2 sausages and part of a sweet potato and some grapes
Yum! Yum!

WOD:
Pull-up Ladder

With a continuously running clock, do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets as needed each minute.

Extra beauty sleep.

Well, I totally overslept this morning. My phone said it had full battery, but it died in the middle of the night. So, I got about an hour of extra sleep. I'm not complaining because I felt rested. I guess eight really is a good amount of sleep.

Breakfast (8:15 a.m.): 2 bacon & egg muffins with grapes

Lunch (12:00 p.m.): chicken soup

Snack (3:30 p.m.): 1 hard-boiled egg, celery with almond butter, banana

Dinner (8:00 p.m.): taco salad

Snack (9:00 pm.m): banana w almond butter

Today was a rest day! I did have to work from home until 7, but it gives me a chance to catch up on house chores and prep dinner.
